Freezing

Chłodnie Gomar offers services in the processing and freezing of fresh fruits and vegetables, including raspberry, strawberry, sour cherry, red/black currant, apple, plum, pepper, rhubarb, and many others. One of the methods we employ for this purpose is the use of IQF tunnels. These tunnels ensure that the processed products are fully frozen and separated, making them ready for packaging.
